Label Stock - Standard Sizes  (call for custom sizes)

TuffCoat High-Gloss and Semi-Gloss labels are the perfect match for the LX800's dye and pigment-based inks. Compatibility and performance are guaranteed. Standard sizes are usually available for immediate shipment. All labels are 6" maximum OD on a 3" core with a .125" corner radius.

TuffCoat High Gloss -  smooth, bright white face sheet with permanent, general purpose adhesive. Excellent adhesion to cardboard, metals, and most plastics. High-gloss finish is very abrasion resistant and highly water resistant.

TuffCoat Semi-Gloss - smooth face sheet with permanent, general purpose adhesive. Excellent adhesion to cardboard, metals, and most plastics. Some water resistance, excellent abrasion resistance.

NOTE: 4 rolls per case, one case minimum order, minimum order dollar amount is $50.00

Ink Cartridges

Two types of black ink cartridges are available for the LX800 Color Label Printer: (1) dye-based black for printing on virtually all type of gloss and semi-gloss label and tag stocks and (2) pigment-based black for superior bar code scanning and a generally higher level of water/UV resistance. Pigment based black does not work on all brands of gloss label stock. Dye based color ink cartridges are suitable for use on all types of media except some matte-finish plain paper label stock. Customer testing is recommended before purchasing large amounts of stock or ink cartridges.
